Submit Your Order
Contact BIGO ID: CADiamonds on BIGO or text with your BIGO ID and the diamond package you would like to purchase.

Order Review
Our team reviews your request and may ask for verification information when required.

Receive Payment Link
Once approved, secure private payment instructions will be sent directly to you.

Complete Payment
Pay using an approved method such as Interac e-Transfer, Wise or cryptocurrency. Available payment options will be confirmed with your order.

Diamond Delivery
Your BIGO Diamonds are delivered electronically to the BIGO ID provided during your order.

Verification & Safety
To protect our customers and reduce fraud, CADiamonds may require identity verification for certain transactions.

First-Time Customers
Verification may be required for customers placing their first order.
Large Orders
Verification may be required for orders of 4,000 Diamonds or more.
Additional verification may be requested for suspicious or high-risk transactions.
Important Verification Requirement
When verification is required, the name on the payment method must match the name shown on the verified government-issued ID.

Digital Credit Sales
All BIGO Diamond purchases are digital credit transactions.
Once diamonds have been successfully delivered to the BIGO ID provided by the customer, the sale is final and cannot be refunded, reversed, exchanged, or cancelled.
Refunds May Be Considered Only For:
Duplicate payments
Orders cancelled before delivery
Payment processing errors
Orders CADiamonds cannot fulfill

Important Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct BIGO ID when placing an order.

CADiamonds is not responsible for diamonds delivered to an incorrect BIGO ID submitted by the customer.

Once delivery has been completed, no refunds, chargebacks, cancellations, or exchanges will be available except where required by law.
